Job summary

QuikTrip Corp. in Missouri is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations, coach clerks, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will work under the Store Manager with other assistants to maintain standards and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment. You will mentor teammates on shift, uphold policies, help with training, and ensure safe food handling, merchandising, and efficient daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail store sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

Schedule / Work / Travel

• Work Pattern: Shift work; may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (essential personnel during weather/events).
• Physical / Environment: Requires standing for extended periods and routine walking.
• Requires lifting up to 30-60 lbs
• May work in cold/freezer areas or outdoors at times.
