Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is seeking a Class A CDL driver for local routes in Saint Charles, MO, home daily. Start times typically 3:00pm, with 4 days on/3 days off in a 24/7 operation. The role includes lifting 75+ lbs, lift-gate trailers, and touch freight supporting multi-temperature environments.

Starting pay is $37.95/hr on weekdays and $38.95/hr on weekends, with 5th and 6th day premiums. Weekly pay and benefits are provided after 30 days.

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card; minimum 1 year tractor-trailer driving/delivery experience.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in multi‑temperature environments (coolers/freezers).
• Strong communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor‑trailer on local routes - no layovers


• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers


• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is a touch‑freight role


• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork


• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members


• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in compliance

What You’ll Bring:

• A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 1 year of tractor‑trailer driving and delivery experience


• Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi‑temperature environments (coolers/freezers)


• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers


• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation


• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations

The Schedule & Setting:

• Start time is 3:00pm


• 4 days on and 3 days off

• Local Routes, home daily


• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays


• All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps


• Touch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbs.


• Drivers average 40 – 50 hours a week

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $37.95/hr. on weekdays - $38.95 on weekends
