Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is seeking a local CDL driver to deliver food products to restaurant customers. You will operate a diesel tractor-trailer on local routes with home daily, performing inspections and DOT logging while maintaining strong communication with dispatch and store teams.

The role requires a valid Class B license with DOT medical card and 2+ years of Box Truck driving experience in food service or beverage delivery, with the ability to lift 75+ lbs and work

In This Role, You’ll:

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers
• Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is a touch-freight role
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members
• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in compliance

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Class B Driver w/ current DOT medical card and at least 2+ years of Box Truck driving experience in food s service or beverage delivery.
• Ability to lift 5 - 75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations

The Schedule & Setting:

• Work 4 days / Dispatch- 1pm
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps
• Touch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbs

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $325/Trip plus incentive pay
• Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
