Alterra Mountain Company seeks a Lead Bartender for Solitude Mountain Resort to provide exceptional service, craft cocktails, and curate new beverages while maintaining a welcoming bar environment.

You will support the FOH Lead, manage side work, assist with inventory, and help balance the bank at shift end. This seasonal, part-time role offers perks like season passes and employee discounts in a vibrant mountain setting.

• Sips n Tips Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and drink orders using the InfoGenesis system.
• Create and maintain a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
• Balance the bank and log BERG numbers daily.
• Assist FOH Lead with floor management and inventory.
• Provide resort information to guests and build rapport with guests.

SeasonalJOB TITLE: Lead BartenderDIVISION: Food and BeverageREPORTS TO: FOH Lead/ Village Dining Room ManagerCLASSIFICATION: Part-Time/ Seasonal/HourlyPOSITION:Solitude is seeking out a creative and passionate bartender to join our talented food and beverage team who is interested in working up in the charming and sublime Utah Cottonwood Canyon. The bartender’s responsibility is to execute excellent communication skills and to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. They will also act as an assistant to our Restaurant FOH Lead. Meaning they will manage the floor, check off side work, run reports and balance the bank, help with inventory, and any other tasks the FOH Lead needs help with throughout the week.
