Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a skilled SSRS/BI developer to design and enhance SSRS reports and database objects against SQL Server and Oracle, build .NET Core MVC applications, and mentor teammates on best practices.

You will collaborate with Agile teams, gather requirements from business users, configure report servers and CI/CD pipelines, publish reports to Power BI, and use Azure DevOps and GIT to track work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft tools and SSRS development.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases for ETL.

Responsibilities

• Develop new SSRS reports and database objects against complex enterprise databases (SQL Server and Oracle).
• Create and maintain .NET Core MVC applications.
• Demonstrate design and modeling of relational and multidimensional databases.
• Perform performance tuning for SSRS reports and database objects.
• Test SSRS reports and DB objects before user testing.
• Apply Agile development principles and document requirements with business users.
• Assist in designing reporting solutions and configuring report servers and security.
