Job summary

Pereview Software in Dallas, TX seeks a SQL Report Developer with a keen eye for accuracy to build reliable analytics solutions for the CRE industry. You will translate business requirements into SSRS and Power BI reports, develop complex SQL stored procedures, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely insights.

Qualifications

Experience in BI / Analytics / Reports development.
Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Strong SQL development skills including stored procedures and functions.
Proven experience with SSRS and Power BI.
Experience across the full SDLC for reporting projects.

Responsibilities

Translate business and technical requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Design and develop custom data analytics solutions (SSRS, Power BI, SQL stored procedures).
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and clarify reporting requirements.
Analyze and resolve SQL data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies.
Check and validate source data to ensure data integrity and reliability of reports.
Document requirements and completed work for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Participate in development projects, including user sessions and requirements gathering.
Work independently with minimal direction and escalate when needed.
