Job summary

Ecowize USA seeks a Sanitation SSOP Clerk to serve as the administrative backbone of our site’s food safety and compliance operations. You’ll manage sanitation documentation, recordkeeping, training logs, and regulatory filings to keep the facility in full compliance and audit-ready.

You’ll report to the Site Manager and work closely with plant management, Operations, and Human Resources to provide accurate data, timely reports, and proactive support for audits and daily sanitation tasks.

Qualifications

• Attitude toward safety, accuracy, teamwork.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework in science, manufacturing, or technical fields preferred.
• 1–2 years clerical/administrative or food safety/sanitation experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry.
• Know ledge of SSOPs, GMPs, HACCP and USDA/FDA regulatory standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor sanitation tasks; address non-compliance and review monitoring data.
• Maintain logs for sanitation activities, inspections, inventory, and MSS.
• Manage safety training records, attendance logs, and HR/timekeeping data.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly compliance and staffing reports for management.
• Support audits for SQF, GFSI, and HACCP standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and administrative tasks.
