Intellectual Technology, Inc. (ITI) is a leader in innovative DMV software solutions across North America. We help motor vehicle agencies serve customers faster, more securely, and more conveniently—whether online, in-office, or at self-service kiosks.

We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at the Self Service Office (SSO) in West Indianapolis. This role is perfect for someone who’s friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
  • Help direct customers to the right services in the office
  • Assist customers in using Self Service Terminals (SSTs)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with on-site BMV staff
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our Customer Care and SST support teams
  • Keep your supervisor informed about recurring problems or service needs


What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, upbeat personality and a passion for helping people
  • Willingness to learn about BMV operations (we’ll train you!)
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
