Fortune 500 is seeking a technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Entra ID to investigate and resolve complex authentication and integration issues. This role is not a traditional IT Help Desk position and requires collaboration with security, infrastructure, and development teams.
Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellence in documentation and cross-team communication.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Technical Support, Technical Analysis, Application Support, or similar corporate technology role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience troubleshooting SSO / Single Sign-On and authentication issues.
- Understanding of APIs and application integrations.
- Experience with data mapping, data flows, or data integration.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience documenting technical issues, solutions, requirements, or processes.
- Ability to analyze an issue, identify the root cause, and determine when escalation is required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SSO, authentication, and application access.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory environments.
- Investigate authentication and access issues involving enterprise applications.
- Analyze SSO-related tickets and determine the appropriate troubleshooting and escalation path.
- Work with security, infrastructure, application, and development teams to resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshoot API and application integration issues.
- Review and understand data mapping, data flows, and application interfaces.
- Assist with identifying data or integration discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
- Perform technical analysis and document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions.
- Gather and document business/technical requirements when needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Monitor and manage technical support tickets through resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
