Everpure in Santa Clara is seeking an SSD Qualification Engineer to own end-to-end quality and readiness of next-generation enterprise drives. You will bridge firmware engineering, customer requirements, and scalable test automation to ensure ship readiness during the product lifecycle.

You will lead qualification plans with partners, architect validation pipelines, and drive data-backed risk assessments, while mentoring the team to advance validation methodologies and standards.

Qualifications

• SSD fundamentals and PCIe/NVMe expertise in Linux environments.
• Experience building automated test frameworks and data-analysis workflows in Python.
• Ability to translate customer workloads into qualification plans.
• Experience in leading validation domains and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong technical communication for risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification strategy and readiness for enterprise drives.
• Architect validation pipelines and test suites.
• Develop scalable test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Isolate root causes across firmware, hardware, NAND, and storage layers.
• Mentor team and evolve validation methodologies.
