Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a maintenance technician to perform basic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and tear-down/rebuild of machinery in a foundry environment. The role requires knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical diagrams, along with general manufacturing experience.

The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires use of personal hand tools and some specialty tools provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting and repairing of machinery.
• Pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and hand tool knowledge.
• General electrician knowledge and ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Tear-down and rebuild of machinery as needed.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures for safety.
• Read and follow electrical diagrams while servicing equipment.

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Basic hand tools (e.g., ratchets and sockets, screwdrivers, allen wrenches etc.)

Provided by the employer:

• Specialty tools

Work Environment:

• Not climate-controlled
• Foundry environment

Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:
