Summary

The SRT Housekeeper maintains cleanliness and organization of vacant and occupied units, common areas, and shared spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare units for move-ins, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Perform routine cleaning of common areas such as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, and recreational spaces.
• Properly dispose of trash from units and common areas.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying supervisors when low.
• Report maintenance issues or damages during cleaning.
• Assist with cleaning related to renovations.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including handling cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and appearance policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education/training is a plus.
• Experience in property management or housekeeping preferred.

Physical & Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl, and handle tools and equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
