Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management/administration, the sciences, or a related field.
• Candidates must be returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Available to work full-time for 10–12 weeks beginning in June 2027; strong problem-solving and data analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, management, and execution of project plans; learn practical details and approaches to project planning
• Collect and analyze operational data; learn how to use data to drive project success
• Improve current project management processes; learn to identify and develop process improvements
• Actively participate in project and group meeting discussions; learn meeting facilitation skills
• Collaborate with colleagues whenever possible; learn soft skills to achieve both operational and project goals
• Gain a basic understanding of the pharmaceutical market and how Medical Affairs contributes to success
