Qualifications

• Masters level student in HR Management, Industrial and Labor Relations, I/O Psychology, Business or related area with at least 1 year of coursework.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at NJ or PA campuses.
• Strong written and verbal communication and solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Employee Relations consultation and guidance on performance management and conflict resolution for US non-bargaining employees.
• Support execution of talent strategies including attraction, development, and retention solutions.
• Contribute to HR Operations projects involving planning, management, and communications.
• Participate in initiatives supporting the Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
• Involve in compensation analytics and workforce analytics projects as needed.
• Assist in learning strategy development and global training planning.
