Job summary

Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA) to join our nursing team. The SRNA will provide direct hands-on care to residents daily, helping them achieve the best possible function and a normal lifestyle.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to call lights, transporting residents, reporting findings to the nurse, and supporting admissions and discharges while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Certified and state tested SRNA/CNA certification with active status.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights to ensure comfort, safety, and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair within the facility.
• Report significant observations to a nurse immediately.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges for smooth transitions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of resident rooms and belongings.
• Follow infection control procedures and protect resident privacy.
• Provide restorative care to prevent complications and pressure sores.
