Job summary

Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) is seeking a skilled software engineer to build and operate the NeoCloud SRE platform in Austin, Texas. This role is essential in managing GPU rental fleets and transforming architect-approved designs into production code.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of software engineering experience and expertise in systems-grade programming languages, especially Go. This position involves critical responsibilities including maintaining service reliability and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production software engineering experience with real on-call experience.
• Production-depth mastery of at least one systems-grade language (Go preferred).
• Experience with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and other observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the NeoCloud SRE platform within GPU rental data centers.
• Ship production code that meets declared SLOs through GitOps.
• Take on-call pager responsibilities for the services built.
