Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability measures are incorporated into strategic IT plans and defined expectations.
• Balance real-world risks with business drivers such as speed, agility, flexibility and performance.
• Manage staff of reliability engineering professionals, hire and train, conduct performance reviews and provide leadership.
• Develop budget projections with the Service Delivery Senior Director.
• Monitor and report on reliability standards and enforce policies within IT.
• Propose changes to policies to improve operating efficiency and regulatory compliance.
