This role also requires participation in on-call rotations, contributing to system reliability and performance improvements.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Java application development (Java 8 or 17).
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).
Ability to lead and take ownership of reliability engineering tasks.
Responsibilities
Support and enhance a business-critical e-commerce order management platform.
Diagnose and resolve issues in the order flow.
Lead incident response and drive conversations to resolution using observability tools.
Develop and maintain Java applications using the Spring ecosystem.
Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Participate in on-call rotations (~once every 4 weeks).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new capabilities.
