Job summary
KTek Resourcing LLC seeks an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). You will troubleshoot production issues, automate tasks, and improve system reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment.
You will develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Ansible, and monitor systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack. Collaboration with cloud, infrastructure, and development teams is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and incident management.
- Automation experience with Python, Bash, or Ansible.
- Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and infrastructure issues.
- Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, availability, and performance.
- Develop automation scripts and runbooks.
- Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Lead incident management, RCA, and problem management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve services.
- Maintain documentation and operational runbooks.
- Participate in on-call rotations and mentor juniors.
