Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), systems troubleshooting, automation, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, availability, and performance by proactively resolving incidents, automating repetitive tasks, and implementing preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and infrastructure issues.
• Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• Monitor system health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
• Identify recurring issues and implement automation and permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and development teams to improve service reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support critical incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote automation and SRE best practices.

Mandatory Skills
