Integrated Soldier Sensor System/Wearables Manager, MFCD

Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified SRD (OT) Integrated Soldier Sensor System/Wearables Manager to support the U.S. Army Maneuver Force Capabilities Development (MFCD) with capabilities development support services. The role focuses on JCIDS process, architecture management, and integration of Sensor Systems that monitor external environments and Soldier health and performance to ensure combat readiness.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing capability solutions for Integrated Soldier Sensor Systems and Wearables.
• Support development, writing, staffing, and adjudication of JCIDS documentation including CBAs, ICDs, C‑BAs, AoA, DCRs, CDDs, and CPDs.
• Assist with capability development, doctrine, training, and architecture development tasks such as draft TTP preparation, threat assessments, training plan execution, and BOIP.
• Prepare MCoE Industry Day presentation slides to share Soldier requirements with industry.
• Participate in the MCoE Maneuver Conference to acquire first‑hand information from the field.
• Assist Soldier Division in preparing updates, briefings, memorandums, information papers, and other administrative requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a BA/BS or higher degree or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience.
• Minimum of six years former military experience or minimum of two years of experience as a Combat Capability Developer.
• Must have and maintain a Secret Clearance for the duration of the period of performance.
• Basic level working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of military historic, current and future warfighter systems supporting ABCT, SBCT, and IBCT.
• Understanding of current threat environments, capabilities, and knowledge of lethality, mobility, tactical operations, and survivability.

Clearance

Requires a SECRET clearance.

Some travel may be required.
