Job summary

Hayden Beverage Company in Sun Valley, ID is seeking an SR3 On-Premise Sales Representative to grow our Sun Valley team. You will visit bars and restaurants, build relationships with customers, and present tasting opportunities to promote our product lines.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented sales professional with outside sales experience and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the beverage distribution industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and company image.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer accounts including bars and restaurants in a personal vehicle.
• Build relationships to understand business needs and promote Hayden products.
• Provide tasting and sampling opportunities to customers.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to grow accounts.
• Create and present orders on an iPad to customers.

We are currently hiring a SR3 On-Premise Sales Representative for our Sun Valley team.

Compensation: $65,000 - $82,000 base + commission

Schedule: Monday through Friday (starting at 9am MST)

On Premise Sales Representative Job Details

• Safely drive your personal vehicle to our customer accounts including bars and restaurants.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs and how Hayden can support those
• Provide tasting and sampling opportunities
• Planning and implementing sales strategies
• Build order on iPad and present to customer
• Present marketing materials and advertisements to clients and prospects promoting the use of our product lines
• Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and shelf maintenance in accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers
• Monday through Friday with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands

The Qualified Candidate

• You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace
• Preferred knowledge of distribution industry, outside sales experience preferred
• You are detail oriented and efficiently organized
• Can work well individually or in a team environment
• Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts

• Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds
• Must have an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record
