Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Worldwide Partner Specialist – Agentic AI, Data & AI GTM to shape AWS’s partner strategy for Agentic AI and drive adoption with strategic partners worldwide.

You will influence product directions, design scalable partner programs, and lead GTM efforts across multiple service teams. The role requires deep experience in GTM, business development, and AI/GenAI technologies, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and negotiating complex agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database, or storage).
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

A Day in the Life

• Develop the AWS strategy for Agentic AI partner GTM.
• Drive consensus across service teams, field sales, partner management, marketing, legal, and partner program teams.
• Conduct analysis on AWS customer and partner adoption trends.
• Work with a strategic generative‑AI partner to define and execute joint sales and GTM programs.
• Lead special projects across AWS’s highly matrixed organization.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare MBRs and leadership reviews.
• Build customer and field‑facing enablement materials, including sales plays, decks, and solution briefs.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database, or storage).

Salary and Benefits

Base salary ranges based on location: 
• USA, CA, Mountain View – $162,700.00 – $220,200.00 USD annually
• USA, CA, San Francisco – $162,700.00 – $220,200.00 USD annually
• USA, NY, New York – $162,700.00 – $220,200.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington – $147,900.00 – $200,100.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle – $147,900.00 – $200,100.00 USD annually
