Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support Brady's global Workday HRIS functionality, security, and reporting. You will serve as a technical contact, administering Core HCM, ensuring data integrity, and partnering with HR experts to optimize processes and integrations.

The role covers system maintenance, security, and reporting enhancements, plus training and adoption of global best practices across Brady's worldwide teams. Milwaukee HQ, with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, IT or related field.
• Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM modules and related security and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with integrating HR systems and data security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator for Workday Core HCM, managing system maintenance, upgrades, and user access, while ensuring the protection of sensitive HR data.
• Partner with HR functional experts to analyze and continuously improve processes related to Core HCM, security, and reporting within Workday.
• Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal and external systems using Workday technologies such as Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Workday Web Services.
• Analyze Workday integration processes and perform updates as needed to enhance business workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality security, process efficiency, and accessibility through effective systems implementation, configuration, administration, and user training.
• Conduct basic HR systems configuration, generate monthly metrics, provide analysis and interpretation of report data, analyze into root cause of problems and collaborate with HR team members to implement solutions
• Support and promote adoption of global best practices and standards
• Troubleshoot, research, resolve or elevate issues as necessary, proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Support timely and accurate processing of file feeds to vendors in alignment with security and reporting specifications.
• Oversee security configuration in Workday, managing user roles, permissions, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Stay updated on HRIS trends, continuously increase application/tools knowledge by participating in user groups, training, or other mechanisms

What We Need

The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst's primary responsibility is to provide support around Brady's global Human Resources Information System functionality, business processes and configuration specifically for the Human Resources function. This position requires HR Functional knowledge in conjunction with technical understanding of HR systems, with a focus on Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting. The position will serve as a technical point of contact for HR systems, supporting employees and HR staff on a global level.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology or a related field is required
• 3 plus years of experience supporting Workday modules such as: Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Time and Attendance, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Security, Integrations and Report Writing
• Knowledge of and experience using ADP and/or JIRA ServiceNow.
• Proficiency using business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
