Job summary

Astound is seeking a Sr Wholesale Offer Manager in Washington to lead complex proposals and strategic pricing for wholesale customers. You will partner with National Sales and technical teams to craft solutions, respond to RFPs, and drive revenue growth through effective pre- and post-sale activities.

You should bring 7+ years in telecommunications, strong analytical and Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise, Carrier or Wholesale Channels.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic pricing or business analysis experience.
• Customer-centric and able to communicate with management and customers.
• Operational understanding of telecom ordering, provisioning and billing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex issues and use sound judgment to develop financially sound solutions.
• Perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production for sales efforts.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposals and win strategy development.
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions meeting customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date reporting in CRM systems for opportunities.
• Respond to requests from customers for information, support, and pricing.

A Day in the Life of the Sr Wholesale Offer Manager:

The Offer Management teamisresponsible for bothidentifying and delivering solutions to meet the complex needs ofour Wholesale customers. This includes receiving incoming quotes and orders from Wholesale partners. Evaluat ing incoming opportunities and preparing complex proposals. Engage with boundary par tners to ensure efficiencies. Enhance partnerships with the carrier clients and understand their needs while promoting Astound's products. Enhance the partner's experience at every interaction.

• Analyze complex issues and use sound judgment and experience to develop financially sound solutions

• Use financial modeling tools and understand complex financial and business strategies to promote sales attainment goals, while pr omoting the best interests of the company

• Independently perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production and coordination for various sales/business development efforts

• Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposal efforts and deliverables including win strategy development and executing sales strategies to drive customer demand

• Work with technical teams to develop solutions to meet customer needs.

• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills.

• Use communication and negotiation skills to execute sales strategies to drive customer demand.

• Business development - provide training and ongoing training of Astounds capabilities to partners

• Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, pricing, etc.

• Supports others within the Wholesale team along with boundary partners in engineering, implementation and account management to achieve customer satisfaction from pre-sales through post-sale s.

• Ability to handle escalations and find solutions when there are challenging circumstances.

• Up to date reporting in various CRM sy stems for all opportunities.

What you bring to the table:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise, Carrier or Wholesale Channels

• Minimum 5 Years of strategic pricing or business analyst experience

• Customer centric

• Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes

• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills

• Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results

• Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, and customers

• Detail, quality,and timeline-oriented

• Exhibits commitment, resilience, accountability,and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical background working with and developing software systems in the telecommunications industry

• Working knowledge of general marketing tools and processes

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $100,000- $105,000annually, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The base pay rangerepresentsthe low and high end of the hiring range for this job.Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based onvarious factorsincluding but notlimited to relevant skills, experience, capabilities and location.
