Job Details

Shift details | Full Time | Mid Shift | Monday through Friday 10:00am until finish

Pay | $23/hr (including shift differential)

Employment is subject to verification of pre hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, handle returns, shipping, and organize inventory.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies, and inspect for defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for picking or packing stock and inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities, and fulfill customer specifications.
6. Enter orders, returns, and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to proper shelves.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as requested.
10. Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, and replenishment in specialized environments.
11. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized equipment as needed.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least one year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
4. Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work with minimal guidance.
5. Maintain a clean work area; use good judgment for detailed instructions.
6. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
7. Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
8. Effective communication and problem-solving skills; team player.
9. Certification to operate power equipment (reach trucks, forklifts) and compliance with safety standards.
10. Hazmat training certification may be required.
11. Maintain attendance standards; able to train and assist others.
