Job Details

Shift details | Full Time | Mid Shift | Monday through Friday 10:00am until finish

Pay | $23/hr (including shift differential)

Employment is subject to verification of pre hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, handle returns, shipping, and organize inventory.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices to aid in picking or packing stock and inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities and specifications.
6. Enter orders and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and restock accordingly.
8. Perform daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform tasks related to controlled substances in secure environments.
11. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized equipment to move inventory.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 1 year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work with minimal guidance.
5. Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
6. Good judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions.
7. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
8. Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
9. Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
10. Certification to operate power equipment at heights may be required.
11. Hazmat training certification may be required.
12. Maintain attendance standards.
13. Ability to train and assist associates as needed.
