Qualifications

  • 18 years of age with 1-2 years experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
  • Certified to drive a forklift.
  • OSHA knowledge and safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare goods and materials to be shipped with packing slips; perform basic inventory maintenance.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of Warehouse Technicians.
  • Coordinate expedited orders; manage returns and exchanges of inventory items.
  • Develop and document quality assurance standards; identify areas where policies and procedures should be updated.
  • Ensure standard load securement meets DOT and company guidelines for safe transit.
  • Operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load/unload vehicles and move materials within designated areas.
  • Review daily processing of goods received as returns and ensure timely processing.

Performs duties associated with storage, shipping, receiving, and physical counts of the assets to verify integrity. Provides assistance and guidance in the administration and assessment of inventory data. Incumbent must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility of scheduling to ensure operational success.
