This well-funded startup company is building industry-defining AI hardware technology that will transform AI compute capabilities. As an exective leader, this position will be directly reporting to the CEO and must display the forward-thinking perspective of a product visionary with the practical know-how of a seasoned engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their unique pain points and requirements, gathering valuable feedback to inform product development.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic partnership program with key customers to ensure the company is meeting its evolving needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define hardware requirements and specifications, ensuring seamless alignment between product development and customer needs.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing product development decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of AI algorithm performance on the company's hardware, focusing on key metrics such as latency, throughput, and power efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree is preferred, though not required
  • Sales or Business development experience, interacting and fostering customer relationships with tier-one hyperscalers
  • A technical engineering background is preferred (chip/systems design or architecture), but not required if BD/Sales experience is extensive

This position can be remote for the right background, with occasional travel to HQ
