We're seeking a Senior UX Writer/Content Designer to join our design team and create exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate can develop and communicate a strong point of view on copy, informed by research, design systems, and writing guidelines. We are looking for someone who has experience solving complex problems, crafting intuitive solutions that meet business goals and member needs. Working with a Lead UX Writer, you'll define and explore innovative ways to enhance the shopping experience. Collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and others, you'll develop clear and engaging content for account pages, the Rakuten browser extension, purchase flows, and the Help Center. At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base compensation for this role to be within the range shown below. Individual compensation will vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, business need, and location. The successful applicant will be eligible for bonuses, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off, and other benefits.
