Senior Frontend Engineer

Your Role

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Frontend Engineer to help define, enhance, and maintain our comprehensive Frontend Platform. As a key member of our Frontend Platform Team, you will drive standardization, reusability, and exceptional user experiences across our complete SaaS product ecosystem. Your contributions will enable development teams to build and iterate efficiently while maintaining superior accessibility and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Platform Development & Architecture: Design and maintain a unified Angular-based frontend platform, encompassing design systems, reusable UI component libraries, and architectural frameworks for scalable frontend applications.

Developer Enablement & Standardization: Work alongside engineering teams to establish coding standards, comprehensive documentation, and development guidelines that ensure consistent, maintainable code across multiple teams and applications.

Tooling & Development Workflows: Boost developer productivity through enhanced development environments, integrated testing frameworks, optimized build processes, and streamlined continuous delivery pipelines.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering Teams to understand business requirements, deliver innovative solutions, and maintain cohesive user experiences across different user workflows.

Code Excellence & Team Development: Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code while mentoring team members. Champion best practices in accessibility, performance optimization, security protocols, and system observability.

Platform Evolution: Actively monitor platform adoption, collect stakeholder feedback, and enhance platform capabilities based on usage patterns. Engage in team retrospectives to continuously improve development methodologies.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years building complex Angular applications and working with modern frontend frameworks.

Frontend Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, and component-based architectures. Strong background with UI component libraries and design token systems preferred.

Backend Knowledge: Hands-on experience building REST APIs and familiarity with server-side technologies including Express or NestJS frameworks.

Platform Engineering: Demonstrated experience building or contributing to shared frontend platforms or design systems, with ability to standardize architecture, code quality, and development tooling across engineering teams.

Scale & Performance: Proven track record developing and maintaining frontend solutions supporting high-concurrency environments (2,000+ simultaneous users), with focus on performance optimization and monitoring.

Remote Work: Effective in distributed, remote-first environments utilizing asynchronous communication and collaborative development tools.

Adaptability & Learning: Self-directed learner who excels at problem-solving and thrives in continuous improvement cultures with open feedback loops.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular micro-frontend architectures, multi-tenant applications, and backend-for-frontend design patterns
• Knowledge of observability platforms, feature flag management systems, or third-party service integrations
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks, CSS frameworks, and design system tooling
• Background in SaaS platforms or technology-focused organizations
• Experience implementing accessibility compliance (WCAG) in enterprise applications
