Job summary

Utility is a full‑service mobile app and digital platform agency that partners with premier global brands across wellness, fitness, entertainment, streaming and education. We seek a Senior UX Lead to drive UX initiatives across multiple projects, craft UX artifacts, and guide teams with the right methods for each problem.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle and communicate impact to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in UX design or related field.
• Experience creating UX artifacts (personas, wireframes, prototypes, accessibility).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in all things Figma.
