Job summary

Utility, an end-to-end mobile app and digital platform agency, is seeking an experienced UX leader to guide projects across wellness, fitness, entertainment, streaming, and education clients. You will lead UX initiatives, craft artifacts from personas to wireframes, and run workshops with cross-functional teams.

Figma fluency is essential, and you’ll present findings to clients and stakeholders. Join a team that values hands-on leadership, collaboration, and delivering transformative design work

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in UX leadership and product design.
• Experience leading UX workshops, interviews, etc.
• Experience creating UX artifacts from personas to wireframes and accessibility considerations.
• Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Figma and related UX tooling.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX initiatives across various projects.
• Be responsible for UX-related artifacts.
• Pick the right tool for the job.
• Define the appropriate exercises or processes for the problem at hand.
• Ensure UX best practices are being followed by collaborating with cross-functional teams through the entire product development process.
• Help communicate the impact of UX design and research to project stakeholders; both internally and client-facing.
• Present UX findings and artifacts to clients.
