As primary liaison between the client, internal stakeholders, venues, and vendors, you will facilitate meetings, align priorities, and ensure seamless coordination.

This is a senior-level leadership role with significant ownership and accountability for the successful execution of large-scale events. You will lead logistics for one of the organization’s largest programs while collaborating with teammates on projects across the broader portfolio.

From initial concept through final execution, you will drive strategic planning, oversee complex event logistics, and mentor team members throughout the process. Serving as the primary liaison between the client, internal stakeholders, Type A resources, venues, and vendors, you will facilitate meetings, align priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across all parties.

Extensive citywide conference experience is essential, along with familiarity with major convention markets such as Las Vegas, San Francisco, and other top-tier destinations.
