Our client is seeking a Senior UKG HRIS Analyst who will lead the management, configuration, and optimization of the UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions) system, with a strong focus on the Time and Attendance module. You will be responsible for system analysis, configuration, testing, maintenance, and end-user support, ensuring UKG aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency. This role also includes leading project planning and implementation efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HRIS solutions.

You will serve as a key resource for UKG users, developing training materials, providing hands-on support, and ensuring smooth adoption of system enhancements and new features. Your role will be essential in maintaining data integrity, supporting compliance initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize the UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions) system, with a primary focus on Time and Attendance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; recommend improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional UKG projects, including module rollouts and process improvements.
  • Implement system changes based on evolving business needs, policy updates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate and maintain both scheduled and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for system optimization.
  • Provide ongoing end-user support, including training sessions, documentation, and communication.
  • Perform regular data audits and ensure accuracy across all HRIS components.
  • Test, validate, and deploy UKG system updates, enhancements, and patches.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and global teams to align UKG system usage with business goals.
  • Stay current with trends, best practices, and updates in UKG Workforce Management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring UKG Workforce Management, especially Time and Attendance.
  • Additional experience in UKG modules such as Payroll, Compensation, or Benefits is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
