Our client is seeking a Senior UKG HRIS Analyst who will lead the management, configuration, and optimization of the UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions) system, with a strong focus on the Time and Attendance module. You will be responsible for system analysis, configuration, testing, maintenance, and end-user support, ensuring UKG aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency. This role also includes leading project planning and implementation efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HRIS solutions.
You will serve as a key resource for UKG users, developing training materials, providing hands-on support, and ensuring smooth adoption of system enhancements and new features.
