Gomez Law APC in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to lead complex real estate disputes and related litigation. You will mentor a team of paralegals and clerks, develop case strategies, and represent clients in court with confidence and tact.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in civil litigation with trial experience, an active California Bar license, and demonstrated skill in drafting, discovery, depositions, and negotiating settlements to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• 5+ years in civil litigation with trial experience.
• Experience litigating real estate matters.

Our Firm is currently hiring a Senior Trial Attorney. This individual will be a pillar of our team, adeptly handling a variety of real estate disputes and related litigation matters, while showcasing exceptional leadership in managing a team of paralegals and clerks.

Types of Case Matters

We handle Partitions, Quiet Title Actions, Real Estate Fraud, Foreclosure Litigation, Purchase/Sale Disputes, Real Estate Agent Misrepresentations, Easement/Boundary Disputes, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation.

The following are the requirements for this role:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Compensation:

Our firm offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary rate ranging from $200,000-$300,000 depending on the attorney level, experience, education, and potential for growth and advancement.
