Analyze and correct entries for various product types, including mutual funds, securities, cash, bonds, managed accounts, and dividend transactions, through various internal processing systems. Analyze and calculate dividends in client and error accounts, ensuring accurate allocation, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies. Work with both internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure processing of transactions follows industry rules, regulations, and internal compliance procedures.**Key Responsibilities** - Responsible for timely and accurate resolution of trade correction cases. Analyze account activity, determine cause of error and take appropriate action to correct trading activity. - Work with both internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues, troubleshoot and provide seamless service. Provide support to other team members as necessary. - Identify root cause of trade correction errors and provide solutions as appropriate.
