We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Tool & Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a passion for enhancing customer experience through automation. This role will focus on developing and implementing automated solutions to streamline customer success processes, improve efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
