Job summary

Momento USA LLC is seeking a Sr. Test Manager to establish the enterprise testing, validation, and readiness framework for a phased migration across a large application portfolio.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Summary

Seeking a resource who is capable of independently establishing the enterprise testing, validation, certification, and readiness framework required to support a phased migration approach across a large application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have experience in Enterprise Test Strategy & Readiness Lead to support a large-scale One Browser Initiative that will standardize the organization on Microsoft Edge and support migration activities involving Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), end-user computing (EUC) modernization, and related technology transformation efforts.

Enterprise Test Strategy

• Develop the overall testing and validation strategy for the One Browser Initiative.
• Define testing workstreams, scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Establish testing governance and accountability across infrastructure, product, business, and testing teams.
• Define testing types, required validation activities, and readiness criteria.

Application Certification & Sign-Off

• Define application validation requirements and testing expectations.
• Establish evidence standards and certification criteria.
• Define business and application owner sign-off requirements.
• Ensure application teams provide documented proof of testing completion.
• Monitor and report application certification status and readiness metrics.
• Establish exception, risk acceptance, and remediation processes.

Stakeholder Coordination & Testing Governance

• Coordinate testing activities across application teams, product owners, application test managers, EUC, infrastructure, security, network, and project teams.
• Facilitate test planning workshops and readiness reviews.
• Manage escalations, dependencies, and testing-related risks.
• Drive alignment and accountability across impacted stakeholders.
• Partner closely with application test managers to ensure consistency in validation and reporting.

Future-State Environment Validation (AVD)

• Define the testing approach for the target-state AVD environment.
• Establish validation requirements for application testing within the future-state environment.
• Ensure application teams understand how to test and certify their applications using the approved migration environment.
• Define testing evidence and readiness requirements prior to business certification and deployment decisions.

Cross-Browser & Digital Experience Testing

• Develop the strategy for external user and member validation utilizing Perfecto or similar testing platforms.
• Establish browser support expectations for external-facing applications.
• Define validation requirements across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and applicable mobile browsers.
• Work with Digital and Product teams to ensure browser standardization efforts do not negatively impact external customer experiences.

Readiness Reporting & Executive Governance:

• Establish enterprise readiness dashboards and reporting standards.
• Track application certification status, risks, dependencies, defects, and testing completion.
• Provide regular readiness assessments to program leadership.
• Support Go/No-Go decision-making for pilot activities and deployment waves.
• Escalate unresolved readiness risks that may impact migration success.
