Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr Systems Integration and Test Engineer at its Andover, MA facility to support the design, development, and maintenance of test consoles and automated test equipment (ATE) systems.

You will help architect new test stands, design testing solutions, and develop algorithms to meet customer requirements while contributing to ongoing test program improvements. The position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a secret security clearance and interim secret clearance; must be a US citizen
  • Experience using Microsoft Office to generate status reports, project plans, work instructions, etc.
  • Prior experience with project execution, technical leadership, and product/test equipment lifecycle

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline – Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent professional level career experience and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a secret security clearance and must be able to obtain at least an interim secret clearance prior to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, work instructions, etc.
  • Prior experience with project execution, technical leadership, and product/test equipment lifecycle.
Desired Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional level career experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with electrical parameter measurements typically required for components and subassemblies.
  • Proficiency with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
  • Proficiency in developing complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments.
  • Proficiency researching and specifying components for test equipment design.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test.
  • Proficiency generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists and other types of engineering documentation.
  • Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation.
  • Proficiency deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements.
  • Proficiency reading, understanding and writing change orders to; assembly drawings and parts lists for test equipment and systems.
  • Experience preparing charts and giving presentations outlining technical issues, solutions or trade studies.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
