Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Technology Engineer to lead the implementation and optimization of cutting-edge IT solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, security, and collaboration. This role combines expertise in monitoring and analytics, automation, knowledge management, incident and change management, and AI integration. Leveraging advanced Microsoft 365 E5 tools and other technologies, the Principal Engineer will drive innovation, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.

Experience Must Haves

Monitoring and Analytics

1. Deploy and manage monitoring tools such as Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager to ensure IT systems' health and security.
2. Configure and maintain proactive alerting mechanisms in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
3. Analyze data patterns to predict future issues and provide actionable insights.

Automation Engineering

1. Develop and deploy workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, and Azure Logic Apps.
2. Integrate Microsoft Graph API and third-party tools for custom automation solutions.
3. Automate device provisioning, compliance management, and patch deployment with Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
4. Create detailed documentation for automation scripts and processes.

Knowledge Management

1. Develop centralized knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Viva Topics.
2. Implement workflows in Power Automate to streamline updating, reviewing, and approving knowledge assets.

Incident and Change Management

1. Develop workflows for incident management using Teams, Power Automate, and ITSM tools.
2. Respond and facilitate collaboration during critical incidents using Microsoft Teams.
3. Track and report on incidents and changes to drive continuous improvement.

AI Integration and Optimization

1. Implement AI-driven workflows using Power Automate and AI Builder.
2. Develop custom AI models with Azure AI and Machine Learning for predictive analytics.
3. Leverage AI tools like Viva Insights for actionable productivity insights.

Experience Should Haves

1. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, ITIL, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with ITSM tools like SysAid or Jira Service Management.
3. Experience with integrating AI solutions at enterprise scale.
4. In-depth understanding of uptime and reliability of IT systems and automation workflows.
5. Actively work on reducing incidents and mean time to resolution (MTTR).
6. Create user satisfaction with knowledge repositories and AI-driven solutions.
7. Increase in operational efficiency through automation and predictive analytics.

Experience & Skill Requirements

1. Proven 8+ years of experience across IT operations, monitoring, automation.
2. Expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Topics, Sentinel, and Graph API.
3. Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and Python.
4. Solid understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
5. Proficiency in AI/ML development, integration with Azure AI, and Machine Learning integration.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
