Job summary

Mondelez International in East Hanover, New Jersey, is seeking a Sr Technologist to run pilot plant and laboratory operations, prepare and maintain equipment and ingredients, and report data with technical rigor.

You will work with the RDQ team, contribute to safe operation of equipment, and apply your technical understanding to support experimentation and product development in our foods portfolio.

Qualifications

• Working in teams and independently with guidance from more senior team members.
• Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions.
• Applying your technical understanding of equipment and ingredients to support pilot plant and/or laboratory operations.
• Recording and reporting data and activity outcomes accurately.
• Lab/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience is a distinct advantage.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
