Mondelēz International is seeking a qualified candidate to join the RDQ team, conducting experiments and trials under supervision while contributing to safe, reliable pilot plant and laboratory operations.

You will prepare equipment and ingredients, capture data with accuracy, and report outcomes to support product development and quality objectives. Travel is limited and a base facility role in New Jersey offers a structured work week.

How You Will Contribute

You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $51,100 to $70,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
