Job summary

Simple Solutions seeks an Sr Techno-functional SAP S/4HANA Data Migration & Integration Lead for a remote role based in Jacksonville, FL. Immediate start, 6-12 month contract.

You will lead data migration activities, map source data to S/4HANA templates, and ensure data quality before load. You will work with business users and developers to augment standard migration objects, validate data integrity, and participate in migration test cycles.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in SAP data-related roles such as SAP Data Analyst, ETL Developer, or SAP Functional Consultant with a heavy data focus.
• Expert-level knowledge of the S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, using both Migrate Data Using Staging Tables and Migrate Data Directly from SAP System approaches.
• Hands-on experience using LTMOM to enhance or customize standard migration objects.
• Proficiency in data quality, profiling, cleansing; strong SQL skills for querying source databases.
• Experience with legacy SAP data loading tools (LSMW, BAPI, IDoc) is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of API structures, notably OData and SOAP, to read schemas and identify mappable fields.

Job Type: 6-12 Month contract

• Work with business users to identify alldata that needs to be migrated from legacy systems.
  
• Analyze the source data structure,fields, and values.
  
• Identify data quality issues (e.g.,duplicates, incomplete data, incorrect formats) that need to be fixedbefore migration.
  
• Leverage the predefined Migration Objecttemplate from the Migration Cockpit.
  
• Map each field in the source system tothe corresponding field in the S/4HANA template.
  
• Document all transformation rules
  
• Configure all "Value Mapping"tasks. This is where you formally define translation rules for specificvalues
  
• Work with a technical developer if astandard migration object is not sufficient.
  
• Provide the mapping logic to thedeveloper so they can use the Migration Object Modeler (LTMOM) to addcustom fields or create new custom migration objects.
  
• Participate in migration test cycles(unit testing, integration testing).
