An established industry player is seeking a Lead Process Technician to join their dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure optimal process conditions and collaborate closely with engineers and production staff. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting and conducting trials, while also leading training initiatives for new employees. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a supportive environment that values safety and quality. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30 pm
Pay: $22-24 per hour based on experience
The Lead Process Technician ensures that proper process conditions are established by manufacturing. They collaborate with Plant Process Engineers and the manufacturing team to address process deviations and inform the engineers about changes in process conditions. As a key member of the manufacturing team, the Lead Process Technician assists in manufacturing trials, is responsible for initial troubleshooting, and helps with process set-ups. Additionally, this position coordinates area activities in the absence of the Supervisor or Shift Leads.
