What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote troubleshooting and resolution for Synapse products, ensuring timely customer responses
- Document cases and collaborate with team members on complex technical issues
- Follow the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) escalation process for unresolved cases
- Monitor TAC phone system wall boards to maintain proper statuses
- Adhere to quality and regulatory compliance requirements in all job duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree, Trade School Certification, or equivalent industry experience
- One or more industry-specific certifications in relevant technical background (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco preferred)
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner
- Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse Administration
- Knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
- Familiarity with Synapse application front end and medical informatics architecture
- Experience using PostgreSQL
- Security Certifications (Security+ or higher)
