Job summary

Broadway Ventures is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting active requisition and proposal development recruiting.

The role requires high-delivery in a rapidly growing government contractor environment and a remote work setting in the United States. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, familiarity with government security clearances, and a strong ability to benchmark compensation across roles while negotiating pay within

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting technical skill sets such as software engineering, networking, and infrastructure.
• Experience delivering world-class hiring manager and client satisfaction in a remote setting.
• Experience hiring candidates with government security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, and Poly).
• Ability to run market compensation benchmarks for multiple positions and skill levels.
• Ability to negotiate pay rates within approved ranges and close candidates effectively.
• BS/MS degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience may substitute for the education requirement).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Some travel required.

• Post and maintain compelling job descriptions in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Use government contract documents to develop job descriptions and specs.
• Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to source top talent.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Deliver world-class service to candidates and clients.
• Obtain Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified candidates for contract proposal efforts.
• Coordinate with leadership and BD teams to review top candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• - Consult with corporate leadership and the proposal team on the qualifications needed for each position

• - Use government contract proposal and award statement of work documents to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• - Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to source and identify top talent
• - Screen and interview candidates
• - Deliver world-class service to candidates and clients

• - Coordinate with senior leadership and Business Development teams to review and determine top candidates
• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients internally and externally

Required

• - Experience mentoring less experienced recruiters
• - Experience working with government contract proposal and business development teams
• - Knowledge of creative sourcing via social media, blogs, job sites, and other resources for finding qualified candidates
