Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you aren't just filling seats; you are an advisor and architect of the teams that shape how the world moves. The reality of this role is high-volume, high-ambiguity, and high-pressure. You will navigate complex hiring landscapes where the right talent is scarce, and the competition is fierce. You will need to make smart decisions with imperfect information and stay resilient through the messy reality of shifting business priorities and a demanding market.
Success here requires more than just process—it requires a mindset of ownership and a relentless focus on quality. You'll be part of a Talent Acquisition team where excellence is the norm, and you'll be expected to push back on stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and build data-backed strategies that work. If you are energized by the challenge of finding the "right" person for the most critical product roles at scale, and you can lead with both empathy and urgency, this is where you'll grow.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $110,000 per year - USD $122,000 per year.
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
