Job summary

Venturi Astrolab, Inc. in Hawthorne, CA, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and corporate functions.

You will own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, build a strong candidate pipeline, conduct screens, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to OFCCP and other regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across functions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline via proactive sourcing, referrals, and recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
• Manage the full-cycle process from intake to offer and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide metrics and updates.
• Promote the company's employer brand through interactions and events.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to recruit high-quality talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities, and other corporate functions. What you'll do:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other non-technical functions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings and job postings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process
• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates
• Promote the company's employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, and company policies
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate quality

What you'll bring:

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within a government contracting environment, including familiarity with OFCCP, EEO regulations, and audit-ready recruiting practices
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Pinpoint, Greenhouse, or Ashby
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
