Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations, data center consolidation, and hosting modernization.

The role requires hands-on ownership of infrastructure delivery, working with highly technical engineers, building plans independently, and driving execution across large organizations. This is an infrastructure-focused role, not software development or Scrum Master.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure transformation projects across cloud, data centers, hosting, networking and storage.
• Hands-on ownership of delivery with plan development, dependency management, blockers resolution, and drive to completion.
• Technical stakeholder management across engineers, architects and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, and formal project tracking, reporting and risk management.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, data center consolidation, and hosting modernization initiatives.
• Develop project plans, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and drive completion across organizations.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to executives and stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional teams.

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise infrastructure transformation initiatives involving cloud migrations, data center consolidation, and hosting modernization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A self-driven Technical Project Manager with a strong infrastructure background who takes ownership of delivery rather than simply coordinating meetings and tracking tasks. Must be comfortable engaging with highly technical engineers, building project plans independently, managing competing priorities, and driving execution across organizational boundaries. Important: This is an infrastructure-focused Project Management role, not a software development or Scrum Master position. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on ownership of infrastructure project delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Infrastructure Project Management - Cloud, data centers, hosting, networking, and storage.
• Cloud Migration / Data Center Consolidation - Direct experience managing infrastructure transformation projects.
• End-to-End Project Delivery - Independently developing plans, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and driving completion.
• Technical Stakeholder Management - Working with engineers, architects, and leadership across large enterprise environments.
• Jira / ServiceNow / Project Tracking - Hands-on project execution, documentation, risk management, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience managing large-scale data center migrations or consolidation projects.
• Enterprise cloud transformation or hosting modernization experience.
• Background in large technology, SaaS, streaming, or media environments.
• Experience supporting complex, geographically distributed infrastructure programs.
• PMP certification.
